ISO 9001:2015
Great news here at the North West Academy! We are very proud to announce that we have just secured the latest ISO 9001:2015 Standard accreditation, ISO’s flagship quality management systems standard.
ISO 9001 helps organisations demonstrate to customers that they can offer products and services of consistently good quality. It also acts as a tool to streamline their processes and make them more efficient at what they do. ISO 9001 allows organizations to adapt to a changing world. It enhances an organization’s ability to satisfy its customers and provides a coherent foundation for growth and sustained success.
The accreditation is not easy to obtain and requires a lot of coherence, forward thinking and teamwork from all of the staff here at the Academy and for this we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved.
We are ending 2016 on a high and looking forward to another successful year in 2017!
