Flipping The Classroom Final Meeting

The North West Academy of English has been proud to take part in the EU project ‘Flipping the Classroom’ along with partners from Italy, Poland, Estonia, Germany and Iceland.  The project focused on flipped classroom methodology, which involves c reating short videos for students to watch at home prior to class.  This allows students more time in class to ask questions and practice their language as they have already studied the vocabulary and grammar at home.  We have very much enjoyed learning about this technique and putting it into practice in our own classes.  We are attending the final meeting in Rome on 29th September and are looking forward to hearing final evaluations from all our colleagues!
